Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original eco-friendly packaging with all tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
